Installing Splashtop:
- Go to: http://splashtop.edgeeffect.com and follow the instructions.
- May require Administrative privileges'
Installing Meshcentral:
- Temporarily Disable Antivirus if possible
- Go to: https://meshla.edgeeffect.com and follow the instructions.
- May require Administrative privileges'
Teamview Quick Access:
- Go to: http://support.logimacs.com
- TeanviewerQS.exe will automatically download
- Double Click on TeamviewerQS and provide the ID and password to your Agent
- May require Administrative privileges'
Windows Quck Assist:
- Click on your Windows button on the bottom left of your screen
- Start typing "Quick Assist"
- You should see an application show up:
- Click on Quick Assist and wait for instructions from your agent.
